Talks framework agreed in dispute over HSE job freeze

Officials from IMPACT and the HSE have agreed a framework for talks over the next four weeks on controversial recruitment restrictions in the health service.

IMPACT health staff have been refusing to work overtime for several weeks in protest at the jobs freeze imposed by the HSE late last year.
