An 86-year-old man has died after the horse-and-trap he was driving crashed into a wall and overturned in Co Tipperary.

An 86-year-old man has died after the horse-and-trap he was driving crashed into a wall and overturned in Co Tipperary.

The incident happened at about 2pm yesterday afternoon at Rocklow Road in Fethard.

The man was seriously injured and died yesterday evening at Tipperary General Hospital.
