Man arrested in connection with Galway body find

A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a woman's body in Galway today.

The remains were found at Inverin in the early hours of this morning.

The body remains at the scene and the area has been sealed off pending a full technical examination.

The man is being detained in Galway garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
