A man has died following an accident on a farm in Co Derry yesterday evening.

A man has died following an accident on a farm in Co Derry yesterday evening.

The man is understood to have become trapped under machinery on the farm in Moneymore.

The Health and Safety Authority has confirmed that it is investigating the incident.
