Man questioned in relation to Derry murder is released without charge
A 19-year-old man being questioned by police about the murder of Emmett Shiels in Derry has been released without charge.
Members of the INLA have been blamed for shooting Mr Shiels in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Hundreds attended the 22-year-old's funeral yesterday, including the North's Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness.
Mr Shiels was shot on the Creggan estate in Derry after a row with a gang of masked men who had been set to attack somebody else.
Police said he was completely innocent.
