DAA management and staff resolve dispute over pensions

Industrial action has been averted at Dublin airport after staff and management at the DAA agreed to terms set out by the Labour Relations Commission in their dispute over pensions.

It had been feared that tens of thousands of customers would be affected by disruptions planned for early July.

But after meeting at the LRC today both sides said today they are happy that staff concerns over pensions will be addressed within an agreed framework over the next three months.
