Boy,13, faces court for dealing crack

A 13-year-old schoolboy made his first ever court appearance yesterday to face drug dealing allegations after his arrest for possessing nearly €1,000 worth of crack-cocaine, heroin and cannabis resin.

The young boy was charged at the Children’s Court with possessing 11 deals of crack cocaine worth €550, heroin worth €200 and a supply of cannabis with a street value of €110, with intent to supply, at a location near his north Dublin home, on May 20 last.
