Australian road crashes kill three Irish
Two Irish backpackers have been killed in a road crash in Australia.
The two men, who were in their mid 20s, were among five people travelling in a car that collided with a truck in Northern Queensland.
The accident happened on Thursday.
A woman from Limerick was also killed in a separate crash in Australia – 37-year-old Niamh Chawke from Father Russell Road was killed when her car skidded and hit a tree in New South Wales.
