Polish families targeted in Belfast racist attack

Police in the North are investigating a suspected xenophobic attack on the home of two Polish families in east Belfast overnight.

Windows were smashed and paint was thrown at the housed during the incident on the Cregagh Road in the early hours of this morning.

The house was home to two Polish families, one with two children.

The PSNI says it is treating this morning's attack as racist.
