Offaly meat factory to create 120 jobs

One hundred and twenty jobs are to be created at a pig meat processing plant in Edenderry, Co Offaly.

The jobs will come on line following an investment by Rosaderra Irish Meats Group, which was established by the management team that acquired the Glanbia Meats Division earlier this year.

Around 60 new jobs will be created by November, with the remainder being rolled out when the plant is running at full capacity.

The factory and its associated activities already employ 250 people.
