Two motorcyclists killed in Co Kerry crash

Two motorcyclists have died in serious crash in County Kerry this evening.

It happened near Listowel shortly before 5pm.

It brings to seven the number of people killed on the roads so far this weekend.

Earlier, a woman in her late 70s died this afternoon in Galway in a crash between a car and a camper van at Rusheen, and a 43-year-old man was knocked down and killed on the N8 Dublin to Cork Road near Durrow just after midnight last night.

Meanwhile, a crash between a car and a tractor in County Waterford last night left one man dead and another critically injured.

A 63-year-old man died in single vehicle crash in County Leitrim yesterday, and a man in his 30s was killed in a two-car crash in County Cork on Friday night.
