FG: 'Children in some areas at greater risk of abuse'

Fine Gael justice spokesperson Alan Shatter has claimed that children in some parts of the country are at greater risk of being abuse than those in other parts.

He told the Dáil it was his information that a child abuser in the southern part of the country was less likely to be detected than an abuser in the Dublin/Mid Leinster area
