O’Brien’s lawyers question Bacon over tribunal role

Lawyers for businessman Denis O'Brien are questioning economist Peter Bacon at the Moriarty Tribunal today.

Dr Bacon assisted the tribunal in its inquiries into the awarding of the State's second mobile phone licence to Mr O'Brien's ESAT Digifone in 1995.
