Businessman Denis O'Brien is attending an unexpected sitting of the Moriarty Tribunal at Dublin Castle today.

The sitting is taking place amid an ongoing dispute between Mr O'Brien and the tribunal over the role played in its investigations by economist Peter Bacon.
