American university to confer degree on GOAL chief

GOAL's Chief Executive John O'Shea is to be conferred with an honorary degree by Notre Dame University in the US.

GOAL's Chief Executive John O'Shea is to be conferred with an honorary degree by Notre Dame University in the US.

The Indiana University has singled out John O'Shea for his humanitarian work in over 50 countries since 1977.

The ceremony will take place on May 18 in Notre Dame.
