HSE threatens pharmacists with legal action over contract

The Health Service Executive has written to a number of pharmacists warning them of their intention to seek injunctions to "compel" them to fulfil their contract.

According to this morning's 'Irish Times', a deadline of 5.30pm on Monday, April 21, has been set for the pharmacists to agree to abide by the contract.
