HSE receives report into death of pregnant garda

The Health Service Executive says it has received the report into the circumstances surrounding the death of Garda Tania McCabe and her infant son Zach.

The young garda sergeant died giving birth to twins at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda last March.

One of the twins - Zach - died shortly afterwards.

A copy of the report has been given to the family.
