Transatlantic flight makes emergency landing at Shannon

A British Airways flight from London to San Francisco was tonight forced to make an emergency landing at Shannon airport tonight.

The 747 plane with 347 people on board was forced to fly back to Shannon Airport from the Atlantic Ocean after developing a problem with its hydraulics at around 6.45pm.
