18-year-old charged in connection with Killarney murder

An 18-year-old Kerry man has been charged with the murder of 30-year-old James Brazier, who died after being found with stab wounds at 42 Pinewood Estate, Killarney on April 15 last year.

An 18-year-old Kerry man has been charged with the murder of 30-year-old James Brazier, who died after being found with stab wounds at 42 Pinewood Estate, Killarney on April 15 last year.

Shane O’Riordan, of 26 Arbutus Grove, Killarney, appeared before the town's District Court today, where a previous charge of assault causing serious harm to James Brazier was upgraded to murder.

Shane O'Riordan was arrested on the murder charge this morning, after being detained in connection with another matter last night.
