Judge jails grandmother for selling sleeping tablets

A drug addicted grandmother who was illegally selling sleeping tablets at a drugs treatment clinic has been given a three-year sentence by Judge Katherine Delahunt at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

A drug addicted grandmother who was illegally selling sleeping tablets at a drugs treatment clinic has been given a three-year sentence by Judge Katherine Delahunt at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Elizabeth Fagan (aged 46), who was introduced to heroin by her "violent alcoholic" second husband, was dealing the tablets at the clinic where she received her methadone.
