Commissioner to address Garda Sergeants' conference

Garda Commissioner Fachtna Murphy will today address the annual conference of the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors.

It is the second day of the three-day event in Co Meath and will see delegates debate dozens of motions ranging from pay and pensions to training and hours of duty.
