Police in the North are investigating an attack on a Romanian family living in Co Derry.

Two bottles of paint were thrown through the front window of their house in Lisagowan Court on Sunday evening.

Three young children were at home at the time and one of them suffered cuts to the foot.

The family say they are living in terror since the attack and cannot understand why they were targeted.

They moved from London to Derry a month ago.
