Navan bus crash: New trial date set
A new date in May has been set at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court for the trial two companies accused of health and safety offences arising from the investigation into the fatal Navan school bus crash in May 2005.
The case against McArdles Test Centre Ltd of Dundalk and Keltank Ltd of Balbriggan, Dublin was listed to offer the parties an earlier trial date after it was indicated last week that there would not be a court free to hear the case until January 2009.
Judge Martin Nolan set a new trial date of May 21st and told the parties that any applications for adjournments should be made before the end of this legal term.
