Speaking ahead of his speech to the Ard Fheis today, Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams has questioned the DUP claim that sufficient confidence for devolution of the policing powers did not exist.

"I think the vast majority of people across the island, particularly in the north, want to see powers devolved," he said.
