Four people seriously injured in Kildare crash

Four people have been seriously injured in a road accident in Co Kildare this morning.

There are unconfirmed reports that a number of children may be among those hurt when a car and a lorry collided in Nurney at around 9am.

The injured are being treated at Portlaoise Hospital and Naas General Hospital.
