Concluding stages reached in road death trial

The concluding stages have been reached in the trial of a Dublin man accused of manslaughter through dangerous driving causing the death of a Lithuanian truck driver.

Charlie McDonagh (aged 21), Belcamp Lane, Priorswood has admitted he drove the van that killed Mr Robertus Jusius but has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and dangerous driving causing death.
