Man released in Dublin murder investigation

The 19 year old man arrested for questioning yesterday in connection with the death of Polish national Marius Szwajkos was released without charge this evening.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

A second man remains in custody in Crumlin Garda Station.

Mr Szwajkos, aged 27, died yesterday following an altercation on Benbullben Road, Drimnagh at 6.50 on Saturday.

A second Polish man remains in a critical condition in St James' Hospital, Dublin.
