Ahern court challenge to tribunal set for April

A High Court challenge by Taoiseach Bertie Ahern to limit the work of the Mahon Tribunal will be heard in April.

A legal bid by the Taoiseach to prevent the Mahon Tribunal questioning him about statements he made in the Dáil will come back before the inquiry on April 1.
