Ahern to face Dáil quiz over tribunal legal challenge

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is expected to face a tough time in the Dáil today over his legal challenge to the Mahon Tribunal.

Yesterday, Mr Ahern's lawyers mounted a High Court attempt to prevent the tribunal from questioning him about comments he made under Dáil privilege.
