Renewed search for Limerick man missing for eight years
The search fof Limerick man Aengus "Gussie" Shanahan who has been missing for eight years, has been renewed.
The 20-year-old was last seen leaving Cooper's Bar on Joseph Street in the city at 10.30pm February 11, 2000.
He was later captured on CCTV walking alone on the Old School House Lane near Barrington Street.
"Gussie" is described as 5'10 and of thin build.
Gardaí have renewing their appeal for information about his disappearance and are urging anyone with information to contact them.
