A Laois father-of-one has received a three year suspended sentence along with a fine and driving ban for dangerous driving causing the death of a nursing home care worker.

Andrew Keogh (aged 24) , of Carmody Way, Fairgreen, Portlaoise was driving his car with three passengers at 120 kilometres per hour in a 60 kph zone when he crashed into a car at the entrance to a caravan park.
