FF ministers support Taoiseach after passport allegations
Fianna Fáil Ministers have been rallying together to defend their leader Bertie Ahern.
It follows claims by Fine Gael TD Phil Hogan that the Taoiseach acted inappropriately by facilitating a passport application by Manchester businessman Norman Turner.
The same Mr Turner was lobbying the Government in the early 1990s for a casino licence in Dublin.
Earlier, Minister for Foreign Affairs Dermot Ahern said Phil Hogan was a disgrace.
