Man injured climbing Comeragh mountains

The South East Mountain Rescue team and the Coastguard helicopter has been called to the scene of an accident in the Comeragh mountains.

It is understood that a man in his 50s suffered back injuries while on the mountain this afternoon.

The alarm was raised at around 4.30pm.
