Leaked patient information leads to investigation in the North

In the North, a staff member at Craigavon Hospital has been sacked and another faces investigation after claims of leaked patient information.

The hospital has said the problem came to light after a "routine audit".

A spokesperson for the local health watchdog has said it was vital that there were adequate systems in place to protect patient confidentiality.
