Ex-rugby star to escape death charge after fatal crash

The DPP has reportedly dropped a charge of dangerous driving causing death against former Irish rugby player Eddie Halvey.

The 37-year-old had been facing the charge following a crash that claimed the life of a Co Limerick teenager two years ago.
