Fermanagh police in rape investigation

A 20-year-old woman has claimed to have been raped last night at around 6.30pm in Penny Lane just off the main street at Irvinestown, Co Fermanagh.

She suffered scratching and bruising to her face and body and police believe a man aged around 40 may have assaulted her.

Detectives have appealed for anybody with information to contact them.
