Paraplegic loses extradition appeal

A paraplegic wanted by police investigating a murder in the UK today lost his appeal against extradition in the Republic of Ireland’s highest court.

Three judges sitting at the Supreme Court ruled that Jason Brady should be surrendered to authorities in the West Midlands.
