Document leak is criminal matter, says Taoiseach

The Taoiseach says the leaking of documents circulated by the Mahon Tribunal may be a criminal matter.

Bertie Ahern has also insisted that to the best of his knowledge he is fully compliant with regard to his tax affairs.

Mr Ahern said he is entitled to confidentiality in his dealings with the Revenue.

Fine Gael has accused the Taoiseach of trying to deflect from serious questions emerging from the Planning Tribunal.
