Wayne O'Donoghue to leave Ireland after prison release
The man who killed schoolboy Robert Holohan in Co Cork three years ago is reportedly planning to start a new life abroad when he is released from prison in the coming weeks.
Reports this morning say Wayne O'Donoghue will be freed on January 16 and fears he will be attacked if he remains in Ireland.
The 23-year-old was sentenced to four years in prison for the manslaughter of his 11-year-old neighbour, but is being freed with remission for good behaviour.
O'Donoghue admitted accidentally killing Robert Holohan by grabbing him around the neck after he (Robert) threw stones at his car.
