Two in hospital following Cavan incident

Two people have been treated in hospital in Co Cavan following a fight over the erection of a boundary fence.

A 47-year-old man and a 17-year-old man both suffered minor injuries, including cuts to their hands.

The incident, which involved up to seven people, happened at Mullaghoran in Cavan just after 11am this morning.

A Garda investigation is underway but so far no arrests have been made.
