Govt reveals package for school repairs

A €27m package has been unveiled by the Department of Education as part of its annual allocation of funds to primary schools for small scale repairs.

Schools will receive between €7,000 and €11,000 apiece, depending on the number of enrolled pupils, to carry out such work during the course of the New Year.
