Search for Laois man continues

The friends of missing Laois man Ronan Lawlor have arrived in Argentina in a bid to help find the 28-year-old.

The engineer, who had been backpacking around South America, last contacted his family in the middle of November.

Bernard McCabe and Mr Lawlor's cousin are now on their way to the National Park in Torres del Paine in neighbouring Chile.

Mr McCabe says officials have already begun a search of the park for Ronan.
