Limerick woman found dead in hotel had been assaulted

A post mortem examination on the body of a woman found in a hotel in Limerick yesterday has revealed that she was assaulted.

However, Gardaí investigating her death say the post mortem has proved inconclusive and toxicology tests will now be carried out.
