Kilo of cocaine found on plane at Shannon Airport

Gardaí are investigating the discovery of €70,000 worth of drugs on board a plane at Shannon Airport yesterday.

The aircraft was undergoing routine maintenance when staff made the discovery in an overhead luggage compartment.
