Waterford cocaine victim to be laid to rest today

The 21-year-old cancer survivor who died this week after taking cocaine at a party in Waterford is being laid to rest today.

Kevin Doyle was one of two people who fell into a coma after collapsing at the house party in Ballybeg last month.

The second man, 23-year-old John Grey, is still in a critical condition at Waterford Regional Hospital.

Mr Doyle, who had only recently been given the all-clear after a battle with cancer, lost his fight for life on Tuesday and is due to be buried today after funeral mass at St Mary's Church in Ballygunner.
