Schools to receive heavy investment

There will be €9.3bn invested in the education system in the fiscal year 2008.

Minister for Finance Brian Cowen revealed that €594m will be spent on school infrastructures to ensure that the increasing need of the growing numbers attending school in Ireland are met.
