Talks resume on proposed watchdog for judiciary
The Department of the Justice and the judiciary have reportedly resumed talks on new laws which would see the establishment of a judicial council.
The council would effectively act as a watchdog for the country's judges, allowing for disciplinary hearings and even sanctions for those breaching the code of conduct.
