NIB to issue proposals on ending Aer Lingus dispute

The National Implementation Body is due to publish recommendations today aimed at ending a dispute over cost-cutting plans at Aer Lingus.

The airline's ground staff has threatened industrial action over the introduction of inferior contracts for new employees as part of moves to save €20m.
