Man recovering after being stabbed in back in Cork

A man is recovering in hospital today after being stabbed during an incident in Cork city.

The victim, believed to be in his 30s and from eastern Europe, suffered a number of stab wounds to his back, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
