HSE criticised for handling of cancer test review in Cork

The Health Service Executive (HSE) has come under fire for failing to confirm the extent of the cancer test review at Cork University Hospital.

The HSE is refusing to confirm how many cancer tests carried out by a Finnish pathologist are being reviewed by experts in London, what type of cancer is involved, or whether any cases have been misdiagnosed.
